My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lucas, the adorable two-year-old bundle of joy who is ready to find his forever home! Lucas currently weighs in at a dainty 10 pounds and is fostered in Danbury, North Carolina. Easy, affordable transportation is available.

Lucas is a well-rounded companion who has been neutered and is up to date on his rabies and dhpp vaccines, and he is heartworm negative. Lucas has a loving and affectionate nature, making him an ideal addition to any household.

Lucas gets along well with other dogs. He thoroughly enjoys their company and loves to engage in playful interactions. Although his exposure to cats is unknown, Lucas's small size ensures that he wouldn't pose a threat to them. He is also wonderful with kids, but we recommend a home without small children due to his petite size.

Lucas is truly a devoted companion and will follow his foster from room to room, eager to be by their side. He is a snuggle expert and finds comfort in sleeping in the bed with his humans. When he is happy, he likes to give a great big smile! Lucas is agile and has no trouble jumping onto furniture or navigating stairs. His medium energy level ensures that he'll be up for walks on a leash and accompanying you on car rides with a wagging tail.

While Lucas is a friendly and sociable pup, he does tend to bark when his fellow four-legged friends bark. He is already house trained and has made great progress in recovering from some fur loss caused by fleas. His foster has diligently treated him, and his fur is steadily growing back, revealing his true beauty.

If you are searching for a loving and loyal companion who will bring endless joy to your life, Lucas is the perfect match. His sweet disposition, combined with his delightful personality, makes him an irresistible addition to any loving home. Don't miss the opportunity to welcome Lucas into your heart and home.
