My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Roy! Roy is a senior boy but you would never know. He is about 7 years old and is on the shorter side. He weighs about 40 pounds.

Roy hasn’t had the best life. He suffers from multiple degenerative disks. It doesn’t really mean anything for him, he just walks with a limp on his back legs. With the appropriate diet, supplements, and exercise, he gets along just fine.

Roy needs to be the only dog. He does love his people but no kids or cats for him. Roy is potty and crate trained. He loves car rides and walks.

He’s got a goofy side too. He loves his toys and will often play tug of war. Roy is a very happy guy and is always ready for whatever his owner is doing.

More about this rescue

We started out fighting for our baby boy, Lucci, who was killed due to Airport Animal Emergi-Center Clinic's breed prejudice. When he was killed, we make a promise that no bully would be left behind. Now we try to save as many bullies as we can!
