COURTESY POSTING FOR INDEPENDENT RESCUER.
MEET & GREETS TO BE DONE ON WEEKENDS IN COOL, CALIFORNIA..
Ravioli “Ravi” and Tiramisu “Tira” started their lives being born under an Italian restaurant. Their lives were destined to be quite bleak until their foster mom began trapping the colony for TNR and happened to catch them. They were approximately 6 weeks old at that time. Their foster mom has been diligently socializing them since that time and they have come quite far in that process. They are now ready to continue that process with their new family. Their new family should be cat savvy and willing to spend some extra time with them furthering their socialization. They have been used to household activities and noises having spent their days in a kennel in the main part of the home. They look forward to coming out every morning and jump in their carrier to do so! They are both extremely food motivated and this has been very helpful in the process.
Ravi has come along a bit slower than his sister in his socialization but he has made incredible progress and he has been so rewarding for me to work with. He has my heart and if I didn’t have a houseful already he’d stay right here. He will flourish with his own person and be highly rewarding. The secret to his heart is patience and food, especially Churo. He is a thinker and enjoys a routine. He is a fun-loving guy and loves to play hard. He and his sister have recently been given access to the whole house and he has been a brave explorer. He gets along well with all the resident cats and is non-reactive to the resident dogs. He could be adopted with his sister but I also think he would be ok on his own. Ravi is 12 weeks old, neutered, micro chipped, current on vaccinations and deworming. Could you be Ravi’s special person?
