Slinky ~~ Neutered Male, Beagle, Lemon and White, 22 pounds, 3 years 6 months.
If you are a Beagle lover, look no further. Slinky will be happy to meet you and come home with you today. He was found running loose and after weeks of trying, we have been unable to locate his owner. He has a negative heartworm test and fecal and has one round of vaccines left to go. This happy little guy will melt your heart and has a non-stop wagging tail. He is a very high energy boy and would benefit from a couple of daily extended playtimes, long walks, or fun in the backyard. Definitely not a couch potato. He'd love to live with an active and attentive family.
Slinky adores everyone he meets and is super friendly toward any other dog he has met. His tail is in constant motion and he just wants to jump up and say hello to everyone! This little charmer will not last long, so come on in and meet him today.
Slinky is super cute, very curious and inquisitive, has a nose for details and loves to smell everything! He is a very active little guy and will do best in an active home where his people will include him in their daily activities. Whether it's playing ball in his fenced backyard, going for a nice walk, a trip to the lake or dog park, or a hike in the mountains, Slinky would love to be your companion and ride along. He would love a fenced backyard for extended playtime and might even enjoy a similar sized doggy companion. Slinky will benefit from some leash training and learning his basic commands (come, sit, stay).
Slinky's adoption fee is just $65 for the remainder of the summer and he will come home with one month of heartworm, flea and tick preventative, which he will need to remain on for life.
