This is Tuxie! PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON THIS POOR LITTLE CAT, SHE HAS BEEN HERE IN A SMALL CAGE SINCE MAY. Tuxie came to us pregnant. She was dumped and found inside of a box on a very hot day with Emily who was also pregnant. She is a very pretty, petite little girl. She is very affectionate and is constantly wanting to rub up against you and reaches out of her cage when you walk by to touch you. She also makes this really neat purring/meow type sound which I find every endearing. Please give Tuxie a chance, she has been through so much already.

UPDATE: Poor Tuxie has been at the vets for so long that I have recently found out that she does not like or tolerate other cats at all! I feel so badly for her, she has been caged for so long and is so sweet. I started trying to get her out more and as soon as she saw another cat her personality would change. Otherwise believe me she is extremely friendly and affectionate. Please have mercy on this sweet little girl and adopt her as soon as possible. I really think the caged life is wearing on her and I am getting worried about her. When you go to visit her please have the staff take you back to her cage so you can see her true personality, because she has been in there for so long (since MAY), that is where she feels safe.

Before Tuxie is adopted she will be spayed, receive all the necessary vaccinations after being tested for FeLV/FIV, checked for parasites and fleas and treated if need be.
