Meet Coconut, a Maltese mix with a heart as sweet as can be, just like a real coconut! This precious pup's story began in the most unlikely of places—a dumpster behind a supermarket. But fate had a different plan for Coconut when a compassionate family discovered him and connected him to our shelter, rescuing him from a life of uncertainty. Coconut arrived in need of medical care, and we were determined to provide him with the help he deserved.

As we've spent time with Coconut and witnessed his incredible resilience, we've come to understand that he's a gentle dog who's still learning to trust and overcome his anxieties. Sudden movements and unfamiliar situations can make him nervous, so we believe a home without small tots would be ideal for him.

We're convinced that with the right pawrents, Coconut has the potential to be an outgoing companion, spreading love and happiness wherever he goes!
