Hershey Kisses is sweet as chocolate! Give this guy some time to build trust, and he will melt your heart. Hershey is a loyal companion who will shower you with endless love and affection. Do not let his age fool you, he is full of life and energy! Hershey adores toys, so they are a MUST in his new home. He is housebroken and knows basic commands. He also walks great on leash. Hershey is a bit dog selective and would prefer his independence, so a dog intro is required. He can be fearful and protective of the humans he loves, so he would do best in a home with minimal visitors and no children. To potentially meet Hershey Kisses, please fill out an application online.

More about this rescue

Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non profit registered 501(c)3 no kill rescue shelter. We are a group of volunteers who have dedicated our lives to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused small dogs. We save most of our animals from kill shelters around the valley, but also accept owner surrenders and stray surrenders. Owner surrender fee’s vary depending on space and availability. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine, microchip, and evaluate and/or socialize all dogs that come into our rescue before placing up for adoption to pre-screened homes. We rescue many dogs every week and always have a wide variety of personalities and breeds available who would be a perfect fit for any family and any home.
