Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ollie, a super handsome boy who is ready to find his forever family. Ollie is approx 2-3 years old and was saved from a slaughterhouse in China. Ollie is loving his time at his foster home and learning about the good life!
Ollie is a sweet boy who loves to be brushed and have his head stroked. He is learning the joy of toys, and currently prefers kongs and bones to chew on. He’ll chase a ball, but doesn’t quite get the ‘fetch’ part of the game. Ollie loves his walks and is pretty good on leash. He is a moderate energy boy.
Ollie is living with another dog and has had play dates with a puppy who he adores. He tends to be a bit on the dominant side with other dogs, but gets along with them well.
Ollie has been a very good houseguest at his foster home. He hasn’t had any potty accidents, and has left his foster’s belongings intact. He is ok to sleep in a crate at night or on a dog bed.
Ollie has a few fears that his forever family should be aware of so they can help him work through. The biggest being people in black hoodies or hats and trash trucks. He will bark and get nervous. With patience and desensitization, he will learn these things are not scary.
Ollie has incredible potential to be a fabulous companion. As with most rescues with a horrible past, Ollie will need a patient and loving adopter.
