· This Grande Dame is alert, playful and affectionate with twinkling topaz eyes and a million dollar smile. Don't judge this book by its cover!

· Freddie is ~8 years old, 60 pounds, spayed, house trained and does great free-range home alone. Can be dog selective but it's rare. As always, we suggest slow introductions with resident pets. She has gotten along with big and small dogs.

· She's a one-dog neighborhood watch, lower energy, but not a couch-potato.

· Fond of car rides, enjoys engagement, squeakers, chews and gentle tug-of-war with her peeps and dog-buds.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
ADOPTIONS MUST BE MADE IN PERSON at Fort Worth Chuck Silcox Animal Care and Control OR the specified PetSmart location. Please refer to the pet you are interested by their animal ID number; not their stated name. Adopters will be asked to complete an adoption application and provide valid ID showing that they are at least 18 years old.
The adoption fee is $49.00 for dogs and $25.00 for cats. The fee includes vaccinations, a city license, spay/neuter, a microchip and a heartworm test. The shelter will not release the adopted pet until after it has provided these services. Exceptions may be granted due to age, health or injury.
