COMING SOON TO OUR WALNUT CREEK ACOPTION SITE: PERCY THE DARING!
Percy and his three litter mates were rescued from under a mobile home in a park in Pittsburg that is being overtaken by coyotes looking to feed their new cubs. A very dangerous situation of four little 5-week-old kittens and their mom. We trapped mom and spayed her and released her so she was no longer bound to that one spot due to taking care of her kittens. Now she can flee and protect herself! Her kittens are safe.
Percy loves to play and be loved. He appeared to be the runt of the litter but quickly caught up to, and surpassed, his siblings in size. He has a playful and mellow personality. He loves to chase his siblings but when he gets tired, he comes to his humans for cuddles and scratches. He is the quickest to purr and the loudest purr machine. He is a gorgeous 'ticked' tabby! Unusual!!
Percy will be very happy if he is adopted with his brother, Jett. If not, then he needs another kitten near his own age in his new home so he has a buddy and playmate. He has been with a toddler and a small dog and two adult cats.
Percy is estimated at 8 weeks old. He is current on his deworming, vaccinations and flea treatment. He will be neutered when old enough and will receive his microchip and rabies vaccination at that time. For more information, please contact Amy at Bodeamy@gmail.com
