Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cosmo is a 4-month-old male puppy. He is an energetic, enthusiastic learner. He loves playing fetch, walking on a leash, car rides, playing in water and playing with his mirror image litter mate, Ziggy. Cosmo knows how to use his doggy door to potty outside. Favorite toy: stuffed Dalmation puppy and walking his brother on a leash! This little guy is a snuggle buddy!

Cosmo is available now on a foster-to-adopt contract. He can go to his new home immediately but must return for his neuter appointment on August 11, 2023. At the time of his neuter, he will receive his 3rd round of vaccines. His adoption will be finalized at that time as well.
