The ARF House is staffed on the weekends and during the week by appointment. All dogs stay with foster families, and our cats reside in a large, open cattery on the premises.

Idyllwild Animal Rescue Friends is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that was created in 1994. ARF's mission is to rescue animals that have been abandoned, lost, or whose owners are no longer able to care for them. We provide foster care until forever homes are located. Our animals are spay/neutered, receive necessary shots and other veterinary care as needed.
