THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY IN FOSTER CARE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS,WE SHIP OUR DOGS WITH RESCUE ROAD TRIPS AND MIGHT MUTT SHIPPING
this beautiful little puppy is approx 7 months old and 8.5 lbs as of July 2023, she will probably be in the 12 lb range when fully grown, we are not sure of her breed mix maybe terrier/shih tzu,she has a charming underbite
she is not a lover of noisy or rambunctious dogs and would probably do best as an only dog that can get lots of attention
she loves to sit on her fosters lap and will sleep there for as long as she can
she seems to be pretty well house trained but could do with some more leash/harness training
she is quite shy but warms up pretty quickly
she would do better in a quiet home with no small children
OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all of our dogs that we require a home with experienced dog owners only and no children under the age of 10 years
WE REQUIRE VET RECORDS ON YOUR CURRENT OR PAST DOG FOR OUR REVIEW. RECORDS MUST SHOW THE POTENTIAL ADOPTER AS THE OWNER
The total adoption fee of $600 ( and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at
