Hope😻
This beautiful and sweet little girl was born in Montana, from a mama barn cat on an alfalfa farm! She was destined to become a barn cat at that farm and have a hard life in the harsh Montana elements. That was until her litter was found and cat napped by the farmer, whose daughter is heavily involved in cat rescue back in California. For the promise of a better life, the two week old litter of three kittens were scooped from their nest inside the farm’s shop wall, and brought safely inside to be lovingly raised by the cat rescuer farmer. The babies were bottle fed until they were old enough to wean and eat on their own. Once they were weaned they moved to another foster mom that was able to provide them with more room to run and play. Their new lovely foster mom had lots of time to play, bond, and socialize these gorgeous babies.
Hope is going to be a gorgeous floof, she will probably be a medium-long haired kitty when she grows up with gorgeous and unique markings. She knows her name and comes when called. She loves her toys (balls, stuffed animals and interactive wand toys) and his food and can be a little possessive about both with her siblings. If you whistle when you're ready to feed Hope, she will come running. Or if you need to find her, whistle and have a treat ready to give to her when he comes. All three of these babies are great with meeting new people, and if given the chance to meet you and your family, they will charm you.
Hope enjoys endless hours of playing with her siblings, especially her best friend, Simon. She loves playing with toys, and cuddling with her person when she finally runs out of energy. She enjoys lap time and with belly rubs and petting. Playing is her favorite activity. She loves the tunnel toy the best and having someone to play with her with her favorite wand toy. Her favorite activity is running full blast and and jumping onto one of her siblings for a wrestle match. She prefers sleeping with one or both of her siblings and sometimes you may find them all piled on top of each other. She will come running when she hears a whistle, which means it is time to eat! She would benefit greatly with another pet to play with, either another cat or kitten, or perhaps with a cat-friendly dog, or hopefully with her bonded brother, Simon.
Hope has already been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and given flea medication. She has been raised around older cats, an adult border collie dog, and her two siblings, Simon & Gracie. She has not been exposed to small children yet, but with her easy going personality, she will fit well with just about any kind of family, big, busy & loud, or quiet and small. Best of all she knows when you tell her NO, it means don't even think about it!! She’s looking for her forever home now and is ready to find her new family, are you ready for this beautiful floof??

*****ADOPTION PROCESS:*****

APPLICATION:
Please contact us and we will send you an online application. A response is usually given with 24-48 hrs if we think it's a potentially good match.

INTERVIEW:
An adoption counselor will contact you via phone to answer any questions and if it seems like a good fit, arrangements will be made for all parties to meet with desired cat(s) at a mutually agreeable time.

APPROVAL:
If adoption is approved, a contract and adoption fee to cover veterinary costs will be required. You will be given medical files.

TIME FRAME:
Based on volunteer availability, it is possible for all adoption steps to be completed the same day, however, it is not guaranteed. Please note that occasionally a home check, vet records/references, etc may be required and multiple people may be interested in the same cat(s) so additional time may be necessary. You are also welcome to get the kitten an appointment with your own veterinarian at your expense prior to adoption, just be aware that may delay the adoption by several days.

WHY:
Our adoption vetting process ensures a proper feline fit for your family. You may be a wonderful pet owner but may not be the best fit for a particular cat, or other extenuating circumstances. Also, YOU may know you are a good pet owner, but we don't. We exist because too many people view pet ownership as casual or disposable so we want to be sure the best match is made for the next 15-20 years. Your patience and understanding as to where we are coming from are much appreciated. Our adoption process is also reflective of the extremely thorough medical protocol our kittens receive. Thank you!
