My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fuller is around 8-9 years old. He's fostering with other cats but for the most part he stays to himself and fusses if they get too close but he's made great strides since rescue in December 2022. We prefer an adopter who is cat savvy.

FULLER is about 9 years young and would like to find a furever home. He’d be great as the only cat getting lots of undivided attention. Adopters should be okay with having a lifetime of lint rollers on hand because he does shed. He’s a sweet boy and love love loves his wet food 2-3 times a day. Fuller was featured in @lovemeowsite November 2022 shortly after he was rescued as a stray cat begging to get in a home. Very dirty and heavily matted, we took him in although we were full - hence his name Fuller

Submit Application

submit an online application at www.sparklecatrescue.org we do not do same day adoptions.

2.
Interview

once your application has been reviewed and approved, our adoption coordinator may contact you.

3.
Meet the Pet

A meet n greet will be set up at a foster home (OR virtually) after adoption application is approved.

Additional adoption info

All of our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated as part of the adoption fee.

If you see a cat you would like to adopt, please complete an adoption application interest form and we will set up a meet 'n' greet.

Our application requires 2 non-related references, vet references (we do check), current and past pets you have owned.

We do not do same-day adoptions. All applicants are fully screened (vet references, etc.) to ensure our fur babies go to awesome forever homes!

Sparkle Cat Rescue is incorporated in the State of North Carolina as a nonprofit, with our 501c3 in process. All Sparkle kitties receive lots of TLC and socialization to prepare them for their forever homes! We are 100% volunteer, experienced volunteers/fosters who provide loving homes and lots of socialization for our rescued kitties.

Each SCR kitty is combo tested immediately when they arrive in our program and vaccinated (rabies and FVRCP) if age appropriate.
