My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Howler is a Disney kitten come to life! If he wasn’t a boy, he would have been named Jasmine since he looks just like Princess Jasmine from Aladdin with those almond shaped green eyes! Howler was pulled along with his mother and large litter from a very hoarded and dangerous house at one week old. He was moved to another foster home where he could get some extra medical attention (where his aunt and her large litter were already staying) and that whole first night he howled because he missed his mother and siblings. Nothing could calm or stop him because he was grieving. Soon he accepted some bottle feeding as well as his aunt who became his new mother, but his first night was hard on his little heart. He didn’t have a name yet so he was referred to as “Howler” for a long time, and if you call a kitten something long enough, it sticks! Howler is actually a very quiet boy who rarely meows, as it turns out. He loves to play and loves attention just as much! If you make eye contact with him across the room, he will bound over to you and leap into your arms! He is used to having a lot of kittens around to wrestle and love, so Howler will have to have another kitty in his home. If you’re interested in more than one kitten, check out his brother Shadow and sister Pepper! Or if you’re really hankering for some excitement in your life, he has several bonded pairs of siblings to which he could be added. Howler should do great with new animals and kids, given a proper introduction.

Howler was born approximately March 14, 2023, and his adoption fee is $160, or adopt two and the second is half off. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming, is microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus. Come see this sweetheart at our adoption center this weekend!
