Meet Green💚
Green had been staying at Korean City Shelter for more than a year already. When ADOGS visited the shelter, he loved people so much and greeted the worker with the most welcoming attitude, and ended up being rescued with Purple all together.
*Separation anxiety: Staying in a narrow space is more of concern than separation anxiety.
*Potty-training: Prefers outdoor potty!
*Green is scared of strangers and a new environment. He gets scared and avoids human hands. Takes some time to get acquainted with Green. Can get scared if someone suddenly touches, holds, or approaches at him.💦
*Once he befriends people, he becomes a cheerful lovebug who comes to lie down and leans his body!💓
*Can whimper in a narrow space but stays calm when he is in a free space. Still slightly hard for Green to stay inside the crate for a long time.
*Need some time to warm up with other doggy friends!
*A smart boy who knows his name when someone calls him. 🐶
*Eats kibbles and takes the medicine well and tends to have some food obsession but doesn’t take away other dog’s kibbles.
*Has good walking manners. Can balance with people’s footsteps when walking outside.😊
*Tries to run away when he sees a ball or gets startled on his walk, so he needs one more extra lead leash to prevent him to escape.
*Doesn’t like to be bathed but can tolerate it well.🙂
*Tried on a car ride and no carsickness was noted!
*Can shed moderately since he is in a shedding season.
*Green’s favorites: Walking outside, treats, toys, sniffing mat toy, petting his belly.
💙 Health issues: Finished heartworm treatment (needs retest in January 2024)
