My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sneakers (nickname: Charlie Chaplin) is a friendly black cat with white socks and a tie. He enjoys chasing his foster brother Lenny, and then curling up with him to nap. Sneakers does not need constant attention, but does enjoy being brushed or napping on his people’s laps. Sneakers was rescued from a life outdoors and although he appreciates his home, he does occasionally try to get outside again. He is being fostered with Lenny (also adoptable and shown on this site) and he and Lenny spend their days together, napping together, birdwatching together, and lining up together at meal time. Sneakers is okay with other cats as long as he has enough space to himself (Lenny is the exception) and he is cautious with new people. If you’re looking for a gentle giant with a big purr, Sneakers is your guy. Born 2014.

Additional adoption info

We do have an application form on our website. A home check is also done. We know our animals well and work hard to make sure the adoption will be a purr-fect match! We will be happy to answer your questions. We want an adoption to be the right fit for both the humans and the animal.

When you adopt a pet from us, you can rest assured that you are getting a pet who is much loved, well-cared for, and whom we know well. In turn, we know that an adopter will provide a loving, caring, home.

Cat adoptions are usually $125 each. Dog fees are based on breed. All are current on vaccinations and neutering. Some are microchipped. They are vetted again before delivery.

All of our adoptable cats and dogs are pictured on our website, with their videos, at www.lifelineforpets.org.
