Juno has been with our family since she was about 6 months old. She was a shelter dog in South Africa, where we lived at the time. We got her when we had one small child and even then it was a challenge. With two small children and demanding jobs, we have not been able to be the kind of family Juno needs right now. She will do really well with someone who has energy and can spend a lot of time with her. She will do extremely well with a family with older children (6 years old and above). She is gentle and gives a lot of love and needs a lot of love. She will not do well in families (such as ours) where she is left alone for long periods of time.
Juno is house-trained and leash-trained. She does not bark even when she sees other dogs during walks. She would love to spend time with other dogs and I think she would do well in a family with another dog.
We are very sorry to have to give her up but ultimately we are unable to be the kind of family that Juno needs.
