My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Emmit is a 7 year old Dachshund. He is sweet as can be but is not fond of toddlers. A home without young kids is required. He also needs a fenced in yard. He is good with other dogs, but we are unsure how he is with cats. Emmit enjoys cuddling with his foster mom and his neighborhood walks. He is housebroken, neutered, up to date on shots, rabies, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention. His adoption fee is $313 which includes a lifetime microchip registration fee.

We require everyone to fill out an application and be approved. We do vet and reference checks, as well as home checks. Must be a home owner or long term renter of the same address. Most dogs require a fenced in yard.
Contract must be signed the day of adoption
