Who needs a gumdrop! Our tiny gumdrop (gummy) weighs in at about 3.5 lbs. Yes she is full size, we believe her to be between 6-8 yrs old.

This pocket size girl is an absolute delight 😍. She wants nothing more than to be in your lap or pocket. She is an escape artist (not real hard when you’re this small) and will try to come find you if you try to leave her by herself, so she needs a home where she can be with her people most the time. She is the definition of a Velcro dog.

Gummy does fine with other small dogs but is a bit ornery with cats and loves to chase them even though most are bigger than her. A dog savvy cat or even better no cats would be best. Gummy uses a doggy door at her foster home but does not like to go outside in the dark or inclement weather. She will use a potty pad. Gummy is kennel trained but prefers to sleep with her person.

Gummy is underfoot trying to stay close so will need someone steady on thier feet and able to watch for her. No kids under 10 yrs or big dogs for this tiny girl. A mellow home would suit her best with 1-3 people and another small grounded dog.

Gummy has been spayed, had a dental and updated her shots. There is a $300 adoption fee to help with some of her vetting. If you can provide Gummy what she needs (listed above) please fill out our adoption application.
