Jasper is the sweetest boy, to look into his eyes is to fall in love! He walks well on a leash and is very affectionate. He was abandoned and left to die, found by a good Samaritan. He's underweight but has a wonderful appetite, and we are working on plumping him up a little. If you would like to meet Jasper, please complete an application at save.rescuegroups.org/forms/
