My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kibbeth was brought to our group because the family could no longer are for him. He should not be in a home with children; however, he does well dogs. Currently he is living with 2 female greyhounds. He is not active inside or outside the home when in the yard; however, he does love his daily walks. The foster home says he walks better on leash that his two girls.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

After initial contact, we ask potential adopters to read the book "Adopting the Racing Greyhound". The applicant submits an application Once that is completed, we do a home study and bring a greyhound to the home (all family members who live in the home must be present for the visit.)

After the home study, we decide if the person should have a greyhound and match the family with the greyhound. Our adoption fee is $ 275.00. They do have to sign 2 documents, one being the adoption agreement. If it is a couple, both must be present for the adoption.

Go meet their pets

When possible we try to schedule a meet and greet the 2nd Satureay of the month in Lexington, SC, and the 4th Saturday at the Cotswold PetSmart in Charlotte, NC.
