Spike does love snacks :) He really seemed to love getting attention, pets and scratches.. his fur is super soft and fluffy. His tongue seems to always hang out adorably. He will make a great companion and will love his forever human loyally!"
"He is VERY loving and easy-going-- he seeks attention and will give hugs and rest his head on your lap, giving you "puppy dog" eyes. To adopt a pet from the SPCA of Texas, we not only help make love connections, but we then walk you through an adoption process that is geared to ensuring you and the pet are a great match. There is a contract to sign at the end of the process. Adoption fees are as follows:
Puppies 0-6 months: $150
Adult dogs 6 months or older: $75

The adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccinations (which can include Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza and Bordetella), spay/neuter surgery, deworming treatment, initial heartworm preventative, a rabies tag, Free health examination within fourteen days of the adoption thanks to our partnership with VCA Animal Hospitals, a leash and a microchip. Dogs over 6 months of age are also given a heartworm test (SNAP occult). Free week of training through Good Pup.
Kittens: $150
Cats: $75
