My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Gene and Bean came in together and have just started to warm up to humans.  Gene is coming along a bit faster than his sister, but they both love playing together when they think no one is watching, and the two are inseparable.  They are constantly napping and cuddling together.  These two need a quiet home with patient humans who will go at their pace to continue to show them that humans are a source of playtime and safety.  These are the type of cats who may never be the life of the party with strangers, but they will form a strong bond with their people.  If you're willing to take the time to get to know these two, having cats like these as part of your family is very rewarding.  They may not be raring to go straight out of the gate, but you get to see them blossom and progress into confident, loving cats because of the time and care you put into your relationship with them.  Apply to adopt Jean and Bean and give them the safe and loving home they need.

Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten!

If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org.

We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes.  For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet.

Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved.

All CATsNAP cats and kittens are:
  • Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus
  • Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age)
  • Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
  • Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment
  • Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions
  • Micro-chipping as mandated by state law
