Meet Misty, she is such a sweet friendly goofy girl!! Misty was found in a rural area with her best doggie friend. She has done amazing in foster care! Misty loves everyone she meets, especially if treats or belly rubs are involved. Misty is a smart girl who loves to learn or have a job, and she has lots of energy and is always ready for an adventure. Misty loves boy dogs and does well with female dogs ( although she prefers slow introductions with females) Misty is super loving! She is wonderful with children and would love a home with children she can play with. This sweet girl is leash and crate trained and housebroken. She can’t wait to meet you!

Misty Is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped.

Virtual or in person

Approve Application

Send out approval with information on canine, need to electronically sign. Adoption agreement. Review all aspects of the adoption agreeement

Pay Fee

Adoption donation accepted, welcome letter emailed with educational information to welcome your new dog home. Transport arranged

6.
Take the Pet Home

Adopters receive all vetting documentation and a welcome home goodie bag for new fur friend

Northbound Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting primarily independent rescuers in rural North Western Mississippi. With many of these communities battling overpopulation, low local adoption rates and climbing medical bills, Northbound Rescue forms a partnership with these rescuers to assist them with medical care, fundraising, transport and rescue efforts in the Northeast.
