Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cowboy is a 2 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He is so much fun! Cowboy has a huge personality. Cowboy hasn't met a dog or a person he didn't love or want to play with. He has a ton of energy and wants to play all the time, so he needs a canine companion who is comfortable with high energy and rambunctious personality.
Cowboy loves cuddles and snuggles. He is working hard on potty training and doing very well. He still wears a diaper to sleep. Cowboy was used as a breeder dog prior to rescue, so he never was trained and is a work in progress.
Cowboy is also still learning manners regarding taking treats and waiting his turn. But he's getting much better!
Cowboy is a very curious little guy who has lived his prior life cooped up. So if he gets loose, his nose will take him on an adventure. He must have a secure play area.
Cowboy loves kids of all ages. Older kids would be a better match for his energy level. Plus, he is a herding dog. He will herd true to his breed.
Cowboy loves to play with dogs. He would do great in a house with a dog that wants to play. If they don't, Cowboy will drive them crazy 😊.
