My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

NIBLET – DOB 4/7/23 I’m a handsome, orange tabby and I have a very long tail. My Mom says I’m
her “clever, funny boy”. I guess that’s because I’m always the first to figure something new out and I
get in funny positions, like drinking from the sink. I have a really long tail, 14” so far and I’m way
bigger than my sisters (see picture). Mom is obsessed with my tail - she pets it all the time. I purr
and talk to her a lot and I love new people too. I really like to sleep with Mom, lay on her, follow her
around, and cuddle with her at night. In the evenings I love playing in boxes, with paper, chasing my
laser cat, fetching bottlecaps, and watching bird tv. My Mom says I’m sooo handsome she’s really
hoping for a furever home by Christmas
If interested in Niblet or any of his siblings, inquire through this site or cattyshackrescue.org. Yavapai County residents only please. If you were born in 1955 or before, please do not apply for a kitten.

More about this rescue

We are a 501(c)(3) non profit group of unpaid volunteers who have come together to rescue cats from the street. Our group rescues cats already in trouble through abandonment. We saw a need in our community for cats on the street with no advocates to be helped through sheltering, spay/neuter and placement in homes of their own.
