She came in with 2 sisters and like her sisters she has never had anybody teach her anything, Bubbles is the boss of the 3 girls and the first one to do anything and she can be a goofball. She is in Meridian, ID. Her sisters are being fostered in UT. Foster reports she’s doing well & getting along with foster siblings
