Hey there, I'm Tom Cruise! Yep, just like the famous actor—I may be short, but I do my own stunts and exude inexplicable confidence. Some say I'm getting up there in age, but I beg to differ—age is just a number, right? I'd say my number is maybe 12, but who's counting? Despite my past pampering, my owner suddenly disappeared from my life, leaving me to navigate the world on my own. But hey, I'm making the best of it and working hard to fit in wherever I can.

I'm quick, athletic, and maybe just a tad sneaky. With great eyesight and hearing, I'm always ready for action. While I'm cool with other dogs, I prefer to be myself or maybe the only pup in the place. I'm perfectly content cuddling up on your lap, next to you, or even around your neck—wherever you'll have me! While I love all people, I have a soft spot for older, active folks who appreciate just how awesome I am.

Additional adoption info

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $425
1 year - 6 years $375
7 years+ - $325

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
