My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buster Brown- he’s such an amazing dog, he’s sure to bring nothing but joy to your life. Buster is a nubby tailed sweetheart who will eagerly cover you with kisses and wiggles. He adores people and children, oh my, children are his favorite. He loves to frolic with them outside in the yard or play fetch (he has not mastered bringing the ball back yet). Buster is a snuggler and a leaner so your space is his space. He is gentle and loving, smart and playful. He gets along with every dog he meets and has an easy laid back demeanor with other dogs. Buster Brown will make the perfect addition to your family.

Buster Brown Is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped.

More about this rescue

Northbound Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting primarily independent rescuers in rural North Western Mississippi. With many of these communities battling overpopulation, low local adoption rates and climbing medical bills, Northbound Rescue forms a partnership with these rescuers to assist them with medical care, fundraising, transport and rescue efforts in the Northeast.
Our vision is to help our partners in Mississippi get their animals proper medical care and find them their forever home in the Northeast.
Why we do it... every animal deserves to be loved safe and cared for, we are their voice.
