Hi there, I'm Fizzle and I'm full of sizzle! I'm an adorable 6 month old chocolate lab mix and can't wait to find a home of my own! My foster said I love walks and am incessantly curious. I am so, so affectionate, and love to cuddle in for a nap around noon. My temperament is amazing; you can pick me up, touch my ears, paws, tail, etc. As a playful, energetic, and adventurous pup, I would love to be with an active family. I'm amazing at fetch, and can play for hours, and am starting to even drop the ball into my foster's lacrosse net. Think I could be the perfect fit for you or your family? Our adoption center is located at 575 Woodland Avenue in Madison, New Jersey. We are open for adoption on a walk-in basis daily 1:30-6 pm (Thursdays 3-6 pm). If you arrive after 5:30, there is a possibility we may not be able to complete an adoption that day. Please note that we cannot put animals on hold.

St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to the humane treatment of animals. It operates animal shelters in Madison, North Branch and Ledgewood, New Jersey and one of the largest professional dog training and behavior centers in the country at its Madison campus. Humane Education and community outreach assistance are among its programs offered to the community. St. Hubert’s also provides animal control services by contract in several municipalities in proximity to the shelters.
