Pinky is a male cat, probably born summer 2022. His brother is Axel aka "Brain." They have been living in a foster home and this is what their mom says:
They are super food/treat motivated and get so excited for breakfast and dinner time. They are attached at the hip and need to go together. Even if one wanders to a different floor in the house, they both start searching for each other. It's pretty special. These boys play hard and when they get the zoomies, they are so fun to watch! Initially, TV's, screens, and windows, made them very nervous but they have become a lot more comfortable. Now both boys really enjoy sitting in the window and watching everything outside. They both are SUPER soft. We have been brushing them every few days and they do well with that. Overall, I would say these boys are pretty low shedding but still need to be brushed and watched for matting. Their coats are just so beautiful.
These boys do well with our small resident dogs and typically do well with the cats. We do have an alpha male cat in the house (we joke that we live in his house lol). Axel/Brain and our alpha are still trying to figure out who is the top dog. There hasn't been any fighting, only hissing or low growling until the other turns away and then they are both back to normal super fast which is awesome!! The boys also do well with our 10 year old son and are very willing to meet new people, as long as they have an extra hand for scratches!
