Meet LINUS - a female tabby with the most stunning markings and the softest fur. And yes, you read this right: a female Linus! As so many of my foster kittens Linus came to me because she was just terrified at the shelter - frozen in fear! Literally within minutes of arriving here, she felt comfortable enough to accept pets. And her cardbox carrier became her comfort blanket in a sense. Now, a little over a week in, she feels pretty comfortable in and near her crate, but is still a bit unsure in the "great wide-open" of the kitten room. She loves to be petted and is a literal purr-machine. She would need a very patient adopter and a quiet environment to find her bearings - once she's comfortable, she'll be an amazing lap cat.
If you are interested in giving Linus a home, please contact her foster mom Sabine at Sabine.OCAS.foster@gmail.com and tell us a little about yourself and where/with whom (children, other pets), she would be living. The adoption fee is $40 and includes spay/neuter surgery, initial vaccines, rabies, microchip as well as testing for the Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and the Feline leukemia virus (FeLV)
