Heeeere's Otto! This 1 year old baby boy is a typical, goofy German Shepherd looking for a family! Otto is in our boarding facility currently looking for a foster home or adoption! Otto has played well with other dogs in our yard and is eager to learn new tricks! He already knows Sit, and return to Kennel. He walks well on a leash with minimal pulling, but keep in mind he is a growing, strong boy with high energy. Otto loves to play and run in the yard as much as possible! We are hoping to find him an active home with daily walks, yard time, or hikes! Once Otto feels safe with you he shows his playful, silly and affectionate self. He has even crawled right in staff's lap for a belly rub. He's just a big baby! Since Otto can be a rambunctious boy at times he would do best with older kids, he wouldn't want to knock any little ones over. He's affectionately known as our giant klutz. Without proper training and socialization, German Shepherd can develop nervous or destructive habits. Otto has done amazing so far and we want to ensure success in his home life! He can't wait for a home where he can get into a routine that includes plenty of time for pets, play and chill time with the whole family.
