Hello, world 🌎! My name is Canela, and I am a 7-year-old labrador mix. I am unfortunately looking for a new home due to no fault of my own. My mom is, unfortunately, unable to care for me any longer. I am an active girl and my favorite time of all is playing fetch with a stuffed toy. I do get along with other dogs and even cats but I do not like to share my things with them. Because of this, I am looking for a home with a confident handler or no other animals. I am a shy girl and it does take time for me to warm up to humans, so please, no children. I will need a patient home where they will let me slowly warm up and show my silly side but I promise when you do, you will have a friend for life. I am a sweetheart, but it does take me time to trust. My foster Moms will also help along the way.
