My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Elise
DOB: March 5, 2020

Elise is a sweet, 3-year-old cat with a gentle soul who was returned to our care when her adopter moved out of state. After overcoming her initial depression, she has blossomed into a cat who longs for human connection. Elise loves watching birds on the TV or playing with a wand toy. Give her a little silvervine or catnip, and she will show you just how playful she can get! When she isn't making biscuits, you can often find her on a cat bed or on your pillow.

Elise needs some time, patience, and understanding to become comfortable in her forever home. Once she is familiar with her environment, she will slowly warm up to even strangers in the home and ask for pets while running her purr motor. While Elise does get along with other relaxed cats, she often gets bullied by more alpha cats and does not know how to stick up for herself. She would do best in a home with no younger children, dogs, or dominant cat personalities.

Will you finally be her forever home?
