Meet Oso! He is an adorable 2 year old 10 pound Chihuahua mix.

He came into the shelter as a stray - we have no idea who left this amazing boy behind.

He loves other dogs, he’s a little shy with people at first, but he’s coming around in his foster home.

He is still learning about the crate and how to walk on a leash.
