Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet fellow just came to us from a neighboring shelter in need of help with space. He was found in a chicken coop grabbing a snack, but the farmer was very forgiving since he was clearly starving. So while he may not be ideal for the farm, he is certainly a lover with people. We are still getting to know him but so far he has made several dog friends with ease and been a delight here at the shelter. Ask staff for more information!

Franklin County Humane Society Inc. operates Planned Pethood Clinic, a low cost spay/neuter facility. Our mission is to stop pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries to keep prices as low as possible. Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for many wonderful animals.
