Hey there! Word around town is that Konny is the very bestest boy, and guaranteed to impress you with his skills...
Would you like to adopt an affectionate, polite, and playful slider? What exactly is a slider, you ask? Konny can explain - he enjoys being out in the play yard and, after a good round of fetch, has his trademarked slide across the grass like he's just slid into home plate and scored the winning run! Oh, and like the true gentleman that he is, he will politely sit and wait at the door until given the cue to walk outside. And did we mention he is house trained?
Here is a lovely summary of Konny from one of his good friends:
“Konny is a delightful dog. He's friendly, calm and eager to engage with people. He walks well on a leash and is always up for a game of fetch or a bit of quiet TLC. He is house-trained, responsive, and affectionate. While Konny is making friends with other dogs, he probably prefers a home where he is the only one.”

SPCA Westchester is open for adoption between 12-4 pm Monday through Sunday. No Appointment is needed.To adopt, you must complete an application, have a valid photo ID, be 21 years of age or older. Adoptions are first come, first served based on best match. To find the most appropriate home for each animal and best fit for each family, SPCA Westchester reserves the right to decline an adoption. If your application is approved, we do same day adoptions and do NOT hold animals unless the animal requires more than one visit. If you are interested in adopting a dog and currently have a dog(s) of your own, please bring them with you.
