INDOOR ONLY HOMES PLEASE
Poppy was dumped at a park in Murrieta and was rescued August 6, 2023. She is a petite bun and weighs 3.3 pounds. It appears she had a litter of baby bunnies before she was dumped. I would estimate as of this posting that she is approximately nine months old.
She has the classic, good-natured temperament of a dutch bunny. She sure is enjoying the comforts of a roof over her head! She is docile and readily accepts head rubs and nose bonks.
She is scheduled for her spay surgery on September 3, 2023.

Poppy can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. Delivery is available up to 100 miles from Lake Elsinore.
PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
