River is a very sweet and friendly dog. She is one of the best dogs FH says she ever fostered. It is just unfortunate that she has limited walking capability. She is loving to all people and animals. She is the perfect cuddle buddy for watching movies or shows at home. She would make a great emotional support companion as she is always able to lift your spirits! River was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and although she can use all fours, she has a very limited distance capacity - hence, the 'lap dog' title.
