My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our sweet girl Dallas,
Dallas was found dumped on the side of her road with her littermates. Her mom was dumped with her but sadly had been hit by a car and did not make it so the litter was left to fend for themselves. Luckily a good Samaritan found them, but they ended up in a shelter. No place for these puppies so rescue was found for them.

At first, she was so scared of people, but she loves kisses and pets from her foster family. She will sit for a treat and is down for lots of belly rubs. She's doing great with house training. She knows and responds to 'crate-up'. She is pad trained and will go to the door to go outside. She loves to play with toys and dog chews.... she is intelligent, loyal, eager to please, loves her people, and easy to train. She'll make quick friends with anyone who’ll give her a belly rub. So, if you’re looking for a furry companion who will love you unconditionally and keep you on your toes, Dallas might be the one for you.

Dallas would do great in a home with another dog to help her feel secure and someone she can play with. Older children would be okay, but we would prefer a home with no young children as everyone in the home needs to understand boundaries with puppies.

We hope you'll give her a chance. Applications are being accepted at
