Here's what the humans have to say about me:
’m Lola! I’m a 1.5 year old Golden Retriever/English Setter mix. I was welcomed to LTR as a puppy, but my family recently had to surrender me back to the rescue due to chasing cats. My foster mom says I’m the best! I love playing with other dogs of all sizes. I love to romp around and sniff in the yard. Daily mental stimulation makes me happy, and keeps my brain working! I love snuffle mats, Toppls, Kongs, bones and the like. With daily exercise and mental stimulation, I’m a fabulous pet. I am both potty and crate trained. For potty time, I ring a bell. For crate time, I am quiet and rest all night. I respect boundaries with doors and fences, which my Foster Mom thanks me for. I came from a home with kids, and do well with them. I have great house manners, but I would love for someone to teach me more about obedience commands. I am generally a pretty confident dog, and I’ve shown no signs of aggression or resource guarding (fabulous I know). I was recently groomed for the first time, and I will continue to need regular brushing, as my soft as silk coat can get tangly in areas. So in summary, im dog and kid friendly, and crate and potty trained. I’m looking for an active companion home to romp around the rest of my days with.
