Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Obie is a 2 year old Doberman Pointer mix who I adopted from my local shelter around 4 months ago. When I got him his skin and coat were in bad shape. His skin was dry and flakey and he had rough and patchy hair on his back. I took him him to the vet and they have assured me that it isn’t mites or any disease but more related to his poor diet in his previous home. I was given a medicated shampoo and have bettered his diet so there is a large improvement in his coat and hair but still not in perfect condition. He is a medium energy dog and is trained in some basic commands such as sit, stay, and leave it. He does not bark in doors, is very social and gets along with all dogs and loves people as well. He does very well in cars and public areas and was previously an emotional support animal. I am currently in college and working full time and don’t have time to give him the attention he deserves. Obie is in need of a loving home ideally with an open area for him to run and play.
