Teddy is looking for his loving sheltie adoption home. More details to be posted and Teddy is around 6 years old. Shy. Teddy is a mill dog rescue and will need and understanding home to give him much time to settle in and learn his new life in a loving home. He needs a very committed sheltie / adoption home to give him the understanding that he needs and a home that understands it will take time for Teddy to warm up and trust... He has lived in a wire box for the first 5 years of his life and in a barn... He knew nothing more.... Only in the past 8 months has he learned what a loving home is all about and learning to trust and to become a normal pup.

Teddy has come a LONG way here in Rescue and he has a tender heart and very sweet temperament. He is a kind boy learning a new LIFE and finding HOPE with so much compassion around him. He is doing well.

A FENCED IN YARD is MANDATORY for his adoption as he will be a flight risk. No exceptions with the fencing requirement. Teddy needs a Rescue experienced home that understands mill dog rescue and has the patience to work with Teddy, and know that in may take many months for Teddy to warm up and become a JOY of a sheltie boy that God intended for him to be.
