My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dahlia is a playful kitten who loves wand toys, carrying toy mice in her mouth, and cardboard boxes. Her favorite spot to hang out and cat nap is on a comfy chair or cat tree.  She won't jump into your lap for attention yet, but she is well on her way to becoming more affectionate. She loves pets and has the sweetest purr. She is bonded with her twin sister, Peony. 
 
Peony is an outgoing, confident, playful kitten who loves wand toys, carrying toy mice in her mouth, and cardboard boxes. She will leap high to catch a wand toy! Her favorite spot to hang out and cat nap is on the very top in a sunny window where she can bird watch. She is also intrigued by the nightly visiting Racoon at the back door.  She is a lap cat and will also lay next to you with her sister. She loves pets and has the sweetest purr. She is bonded with her twin sister, Dahlia. 
 
Dahlia and Peony are comfortable with dogs, gentle children, and other cats of all ages. For questions and adoption information, please email the foster family at mariward@comcast.net. 
 

HALO's cats and kittens can be seen at Pet Food Express every Friday 4pm-7pm plus Saturday and Sunday 10am-1:30pm (except the third Saturday, we do not have an adoption event). Pet Food Express is located at 5829 Lone Tree Way B, Antioch, CA.   Please bring your own carrier.
