It's possible Liza’s whole purpose in life is to make people laugh; with her unusual proportions, you know she was born with a great sense of humor!! Liza was picked up as a stray and has been working her charm ever since. She is full of personality - - the improbable combination of Basset Hound and an English Springer Spaniel (we guess!) - - very outgoing and friendly, loves people and dogs, especially if they'll play! This girl is the life of the party, engaging the attention of every new dog or person she meets!! She's great with kids, great with adults, very gentle and loves snuggling even with little ones! She’d love to have a dog friend in the home to play with and/or some kids since she already thinks she’s one of them!

We think Liza is about 9 months old, she weighs about 30 dense Basset-y pounds with a bit more to grow, and she’s a very healthy girl. Like most Bassets, she'll probably follow her nose at times, and even use her "singing voice" on occasion, but she'll pay you back by being the best companion you could hope for.
