Birthday: May 21, 2021
Lucy is currently living at a foster home in Camp Hill, PA.
Lucy is a recent mother ready to strike out on her own. Before she and her family were brought into foster care, Lucy lived a life on the streets, giving birth to her litter of five in the junk yard behind a truck stop. Now that her kittens (Ricki, Julianne, Bubbles, Corey, and Trevor) have all grown up and moved out, Lucy is ready to give up the way of the road and settle down in her forever home (or trailer).
Lucy is a little timid but very sweet once she warms up to you. She loves leaning into hard scratches on her neck. She still longs for the freedom of the outside and loves watching birds, so she would do best in a home with a lot of good windows to see out of. She is very loving and playful with her kittens, and should do well with other cats, as long as they are not too aggressive.
You may have noticed that Lucy only has one eye. She's had it checked, and while we don't know what happened to it, the vet said she's perfectly healthy. Her new family will just need to keep an “eye” on it and monitor for any potential infections.
Lucy's adoption donation is $115 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay.
If you would like more information on Lucy, please contact Elizabeth at lovingcarecatrescue@gmail.com. If you would like to fill out an online application, please visit https://alovingcarecatrescue.org/adoptionapplicationonline.html
Please note: LCCR does not allow our adopted cats and kittens to be declawed. All adopted kitties are to be kept as indoor-only pets.
