Meet the affectionate boy, Chuups🩵
Chuups and his 10 siblings were rescued without their mother from Korean City Shelter when they're babies in 2021. His other siblings met their forever family and he's the last one now.
*Separation Anxiety: Not an issue when other dogs are around, but some when left alone. Training required for outings without other dogs.
*House training: 100% on pads! Perfect even in unfamiliar places.
💟 Personality / Characteristics
*He eats everything well and has no allergies. His lower jaw is shorter than his top jaw congenitally. Must be careful with hard treats/bones. Because of his jaw, he has difficulty picking up food/treats from the floor & doing nose work.
*He approaches cautiously when meeting strangers & unknown dogs but once getting close, he’s very sociable👍🏻Gets overwhelmed by hyperactive dogs
*Popular among pup friends 😆 Male puppies love him and gets along well with gentle dogs
*Giving him plenty of time and waiting patiently for him in a new environment or with a new person, he’ll adapt well anywhere! ❤️
*Fearful of strangers who make loud movements or sounds
*Rarely barks. Barks only when he’s unhappy with something or afraid.
*Great on walks, great recall
*Gets cold easily. Wants to be picked up if on a long walk on a cold day
*His foster family has enrolled him in a doggy daycare
*Likes going to doggy daycare and other pups love him
*Fearful of water but tolerates baths well
*Does well with wiping paws, nail clipping, and brushing his teeth👍🏻
*Mastered Sit, Down, Paw, Wait, House, and sleeps in his crate overnight ❤

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue
ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.
We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.
Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.
In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.
Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
